Zip and I are bored with food. What's your favorite recipe? (Recipes that don't involve a lot of advance prep work are especially welcome. Bonus if it gets cooked in a crock pot.)

Here's one of my very favorites, because it's tasty, it makes a bunch and reheats *really* well the next day for lunch:

Baked Ziti

1 pound dry ziti pasta
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1 pound lean ground beef
2 (26 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
6 oz. sliced provolone cheese
6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp. finely chopped garlic (optional)

Cook ziti in lightly salted water until al dente; drain.

In a large skillet, brown onion, garlic, and ground beef over medium heat. Drain off grease. Add spaghetti sauce; simmer 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9x13 baking dish. Layer as follows: 1/2 of ziti, provolone, 1/2
sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella, and remaining sauce mixture. Top with grated parmesan.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
