So just now in the mail, I get an invoice.
Yup, you guessed it... it's for my medical records.
In bold print, it says my records won't be sent until I pay up.
So either the girl at the old office was lying, or she's incompetent. I'm not sure which is worse at this point.
Three. Weeks. For seven pieces of paper.
