ghoulsisI finally got through to an actual live person at my old OB office. She claims the records were sent on 8/24 and there's no charge for them since I was a fairly new patient (there was hardly anything to send).
*grumble*
So now I have a call in to my (hopefully) new office to find out if they have the records in hand, and if not, I'll have to call back AGAIN to the old office and ask them to resend them.
